Thoughts are more difficult than actions.
Thinking about solving a problem, overcoming a challenge, or starting a new project, is often more difficult than simply taking action and just doing it.
Thoughts meander constantly. Changing shape with every additional thought you allow into your mind. Usually including thoughts of hypothetical options, or ‘what if’s’.
Action has limitations. When you take action, you only have the tools that are at your disposal to do so, therefore instantly limiting your options.
Limitations create simplicity. Upon taking action, your thinking is forced to narrow down to focus on possibilities that lie right in front of you.
So although taking action can feel daunting, in reality, the action is easier than the difficult thoughts you are thinking.
